Entertainment Limited has formulated this privacy policy to help you understand
how we collect, use and protect the information we may acquire through your use
of our games or websites collectively known as “services”.
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us and we urge you to review

of our games, website or services.

By installing or using any of Yippee! Entertainment’s

this privacy policy, please refrain from using Yippee! Entertainment’s games,

Non-personal information is information that cannot be used to
personally identify you. It can also include personal information that has been
de-personalized, aggregated, demographic information, service usage information,
and your device properties.

Entertainment may collect non-personal information through your interaction
with us and/or use of our services. We may also employ third-party ad serving

not limited to, IP address, UDID, software, applications, hardware, browser,
internet and on-line usage, and in-game information.

ads, manage and provide the services or any other purposes relating to
improving Yippee! Entertainment’s services and products.
We may disclose non-personal
information to third parties and/or allow third parties to collect non-personal
information through embedded technology within the services. These companies
collect and use information under their own privacy policies. You acknowledge
that the third parties, such as advertising and analytics specialists that
receive non-personal information, may combine this with other information they
have independently collected from other services or products. If you do not
want to be subject to the practices of these third parties please do not use or
access the services.
Personal information describes specific identifiable
information about you which may be used by itself to identify, contact or
locate you (e.g. your name, mailing address, email address, screen name, social
network site ID, phone number, photo(s), birthdate, gender, or social-network
friend connections).
We collect and
store personal information only with your consent and we do not sell your personal
information to third parties. We may acquire your personal information when you
participate in in-game registration, contests and special events; access services
using a third-party ID (such as an ID from a social-networking site or gaming
service); subscribe to news updates; share on a social network via the services;
request technical or customer support; or otherwise provide personal information
to use or access features of the services.
We will not access
your photos, videos, GPS data, address book, call log or SMS Log without your
express consent to do so.
We may use your
personal information to provide customer and technical support, improve the services,
provide personalized elements of the services, optimize delivery of the services
(including ad content) and further develop Yippee! Entertainment games or other
Yippee! Entertainment services and
products. Personal information may occasionally be disclosed in accordance with
applicable law and this privacy policy. We may combine non-personal information
with personal information.
Yippee!
Entertainment may send "cookies" to your computer or use similar
technologies to enhance your experience with our services. Cookies are files
that can identify you as a unique customer and store your personal preferences
as well as technical information (including click-through and click-stream
data). Cookies manage and measure the performance of advertisements displayed
on or delivered by or through us and/or other networks or sites. Cookies can
either be permanent (i.e. they remain on your computer until you delete them)
or temporary (i.e. they last only until you close your browser).
Some of our services
may use locally stored objects (sometimes referred to as "Flash
cookies") to provide certain content, such as video on demand, video
clips, or animation. Adobe's Flash Player (and similar applications) use this
technology to remember settings, preferences, and usage similar to browser
cookies. Flash cookies are not managed through your web browser but you can

Financial information is any information relating to
payments and billing. Yippee! Entertainment has no service requiring financial
information to be requested or collected. This may however change in the future
as the services expand and if this is the case an updated privacy policy will
be generated to reflect this addition.
Certain features of our services may be able to connect to
your social networking sites to obtain additional information about you. In
such cases, Yippee! Entertainment may be able to collect certain information
from your social-networking profile when your social-networking site permits
it, and when you consent to allow your social-networking site to make that
information available to us. This information may include, but is not limited
to, your name, profile picture, gender, user ID, email address, your country,
your language, your time zone, the organizations and links on your profile
page, the names and profile pictures of your social-networking site friends,
and other information you have included in your social-networking site profile.
Yippee! Entertainment may associate and/or combine as well as use information
collected by us and/or obtained through such social-networking sites in
accordance with this privacy policy.
Please note that
your access to and use of the services may be subject to certain third-party
terms and conditions and privacy policies, including but not limited to
application stores, on-line gaming platforms, social-networking services, and
data aggregations services. You recognize and agree that Yippee! Entertainment is
not liable for any such third-party terms and conditions and any third party’s
use of your personal information.
Yippee!
Entertainment does not collect, store or share your financial information.
However, if you bought or otherwise accessed the services through a third-party
distributor such as Apple, Google or Amazon, that company may collect and store
your financial information. Please review any applicable distributor’s privacy

Yippee! Entertainment follows generally accepted industry standards and maintains reasonable safeguards to attempt to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of the information in our possession. Only those persons with a need to process your personal data in connection with the fulfilment of their tasks in accordance with the purposes of this policy and for the purposes of performing technical maintenance have access to your personal data. Personal data collected by Yippee! Entertainment is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. To prevent unauthorised on-line access to personal data, Yippee! Entertainment maintains personal data behind a firewall-protected server.
However, no system can be 100% secure and there is the possibility
that despite Yippee! Entertainment’s reasonable efforts, there could be
unauthorised access to your personal data. By using the services, you assume

access the services, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to
