Your entries can be in JPG, PNG, BMP, PDF or EPS format, but the file size must not exceed 250Kb. Please include your name, addresss and contact numbers in the body of the email.
BY POST (UK ONLY) TO:

Don't forget to use a stamp and put your name, addresss and contact numbers on the back! Please note, we cannot return your entries.
